Dylan's Story
At just 32, Dylan Fleming faces the battle of his life against cancer. Initially found in his ureter, the cancer has spread to his lungs and abdominal lining despite surgery.
Dylan and his fiancée Melanie, having recently renovated their home, now face mounting medical expenses while Dylan has been unable to work since June.
